Colleges and universities have been plagued for years by skyrocketing costs that have been passed on to students and parents.  The growth in costs has consistently exceeded the general rate of inflation by a wide margin.  Educational institutions will not be given a permanent exemption from the need to conform to marketplace realities and institutions failing to recognize this fact will not survive.

 

Thus the mission of Dr. Infrastructor - to educate the educators themselves, or, more precisely, the administrators of educators, in the principles of developing a modern, integrated campus infrastructure that can be used to significantly improve operational efficiency.

 

Dr. Infrastructor uses a broad range of online video "classes" that have been carefully organized and cataloged.  Unlike the products of “youtube,” these videos are professional, brief, concise and easy to follow for people who are not technical specialists.  Current, pertinent and brief, they provide the background that is needed for today's administrators to make decisions in fields that evidence ever-increasing specialization.
